feathering

this is just a little picture I have tried to do feathering, I saw it on a blog or two so I thought I would try it, there are some tutorials on you tube I know I need a lot of practice to get it right but I do like the concept I did the skirt first and then the sleeves and I do think that the sleeves are an improvement I have used promarkers

I got this as a template off a site called my time made easy, I just used bits and pieces that were in my box to make the outer, the note paper and envelopes were printed from a Joanna sheen cd called the pamela west collection volume 2

scents of summer

I just got some stamped images off ebay ready to colour, I didnt even know that there were precious moments stamps out there  but I was thrilled when I found them, I have coloured with reinkers from stamping up, I wasnt going to put any flowers on here  but I dont feel the card is complete without them he he and you have to have your monies worth out of the punches dont you ? I have entered this for one stopcrafts challenge

my new stamps arrived today so I just had to have a play I have used bits of this and bits of that I do know the card is stamping up, the paper isKaisercraft, penny royal collection and the stamp is a sugar nellie called dreamy

I had a christmas present in this box and I was tidying a cupboard out yesterday and found it, needless to say the cupboard got left, as its fatal to go in my craft room as you all will know, anyway the papers are bo bunny and quite contrary, my minds eye my ek punches

I am entering this in CD Sunday the theme is country charm,and some or all have to be printed from a cd, mine is Joanna Sheen's victorian companions the paper flowers are ek sucsess punch the lace I got from Jill at the hobby house

 we at our craft club are doing a stall for charity  some I'm sure will make cards I thought I would  try something else so this is what I am going to do a few months ago I purchased some stiff covered note books that were on offer, well you cant leave a bargain on the stand can you ? so this is my first one

this card is a bit busy but I wanted to see how many layers I could mask I started with the little birds at the front they are from cuddley buddley,next I stamped the fence this is magnolia, last I stamped the sunny background also magnolia, I coloured all off it with copics,the little girl is H&S

I know i'm late with this sweet tilda but my stamp was on back order so its only just arrived,I think it was meant for easter but I thought it would make a nice baby's birth card
