santa in red

this is a stamp from habico,it just arrived on monday and today is the first chance I have had to use it, so different from all my other stamps, somehow reminds me of my childhood with the sweet old man that makes dreams come true.

this isnt my usual type of card but I saw what someone had done with nestabilities and I wanted to try it, the only trouble was it was to busy to be able to add layers, and no room to add punched flower oh well next one

I love these blues,dont know when I got this stamp a couple of years ago I think, I'm sure it is a magnolia one, I have a snowman one as well somewhere

deck the halls

I did this card useing scrap book 12x12 papers from the hobby house, they are craft creations, and kaiser designs, called if you didnt guess deck the halls I wanted the punched flowers to be the same colour,but to appear bifferent so I spritz them with moonglows all the painting is done with tim holtz distress inks

this is made using some blue 12x12 that I got at the hobby house, and I thought this stamped image was perfect for a snowy type christmas

lilac and greens

last night at craft club we had a silent auction,we had all taken something to put on the table,I had to bid a few times to get these papers,and was really pleased when I got them at a bargain price

Ive done this with distress inks in two shades of blue to match the christmas papers I got as a pack from a shop that was closing down and lucky me only paid a couple of pounds for about 40 sheets and they are all pretty

I have used this whiff of joy stamp its so pretty,I have been watching suzanne dean on you tube and I love the way she colours, so i'm quite pleased with the results

I was feeling a little blue today, so it reflects in the colours i've used although I was pleased with the result

tilda in a hat

I have just got some new dies for my cuttlebug and some green card i've had for a while,I have been looking at one or two blogs and all of them seem to be using bright summery colours,so this is my attempt at that I dont have any of magnolia stamps of things to sit on so I have used a chair from a set of watercolour stamps I dont think she looks to bad
